1.3 Any content created, uploaded, copied, published or disseminated by the User through the use of the Bigme Frames App, including but not limited to account avatar, name, user description and other registration information and authentication information, or text, voice, pictures, video, graphics, etc. sent, replied and related link pages, as well as other content generated by the use of the account or the Service, shall not violate national The relevant legal system, including but not limited to the following principles.

• (1) Violate the basic principles established by the Constitution.
• (2) Endangering national security, revealing state secrets, subverting state power.
• (3) Damage to national honor and interests.
• (4) Undermine the national religious policy, promoting cults and feudal superstition.
• (5) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and destabilizing society.
• (6) Dissemination of obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism or abetting crime; insult or slander others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others.
• (7) Containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations

1.4 Users shall not use the Bigme Frames APP account or the Service to create, upload, copy, publish or transmit content that interferes with the normal operation of Bigme Frames APP or infringes the legal rights and interests of other users or third parties.

• (1) Contains any sexual or sexually explicit content.
• (2) Contains abusive, threatening or abusive content.
• (3) Content that contains harassment, spam, malicious information, or fraudulent information.
• (4) Involving others' privacy, personal information or data.
• (5) Infringes on the legal rights of others such as reputation, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, etc.; 
• (6) Contains other information that interferes with the normal operation of the service and infringes on the legal rights and interests of other users or third parties.

2.1 "Bigme Frames" APP, intelligent summary and intelligent collation in meeting records (is an application developed by Bigme in the Bigme AINote product terminal. The specific service content is provided by Bigme Frames APP according to the actual situation, including but not limited to.

• (1) Intelligent summary and intelligent organization of meeting contents by using this service
• (2) AI chatting with the Service
• (3) Using the Service for creation

The above features may be free of charge or may require payment, so please pay attention to the descriptions and specific rules on the relevant feature pages when using the Service.

2.2 The "Bigme Frames" APP, the intelligent summary and intelligent collation in the meeting minutes have the right to not provide service support for any content (including but not limited to text, voice, etc.) that they consider inappropriate.

3.1 Bigme reserves the right to terminate the services provided to the user under the following circumstances.

• 3.1.1 In the event that the User violates this Service Agreement or the relevant provisions of Bigme Frames, the Company shall have the right to terminate the provision of Bigme Frames services to the User: If the User registers as a User again directly or indirectly or in the name of another person, upon discovery, the Company shall have the right to directly and unilaterally terminate the provision of services to the User.
• 3.1.2 the user shall not take improper benefits or cheat through the program or in any other way, if the user is found to have cheated, the Company shall immediately terminate the service;
• 3.1.3 The Service may not be provided normally due to policy or force majeure factors;
• 3.1.4 When the Service cannot be used normally, the Company has the right to stop the Service.
• 3.1.5 When the TOS is terminated or updated, the user expressly does not want to accept the new TOS.
• 3.1.6 Malicious use that interferes with or disrupts the use of other users of this product.
• 3.1.7 Other circumstances that the Service deems necessary to terminate the Service.

3.2 After the termination of the Service, Bigme is not obligated to retain any information in or related to the original account for the User, or to forward any information that has not been read or sent to the User or a third party.

3.3 The user understands and agrees that even after the termination of this Agreement and the termination of the user's service, the Company still has the right to continue to claim the user's liability for violation of laws and regulations, this Agreement and the platform rules during his use of the platform service.

        This Agreement allows for changes. If there are any substantial changes to this Agreement, we will notify you through the announcement in the APP or other means. Your continued use of the Product after notification of changes will be deemed to be your knowledge of such changes and your agreement to be bound by the terms.

      We reserve the right to modify, retain, or close any of the Services in the Product at any time without notice and you agree that we are not required to modify, retain, or close any of the Services in the Product.

      You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, retention or closure of any service in this product.
